Adult Magic: the Gathering Club
Love strategy, spells, and epic battles? Join us for Magic: The Gathering – the classic collectible card game where creatures clash, spells fly, and every deck tells a story. Whether you’re a veteran planeswalker or just picking up your first deck, there’s a seat at the table for you. Bring your own deck or use one of ours! Bailey Ukulele
Put the hum in your strum! Join the “Bailey Ukulele” group on Thursday evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Suitable for all skill levels. Please bring your own music stand! Bailey Fright Club!
For the month of July, Bailey Fright Club will meet on the 2nd Friday. We will return to the 1st Friday of the month in August. Looking for a spooky new reading group? The Bookey Readings
The Bookey Readings poetry series that originally started at the Harlow Gallery in Hallowell over 25 years ago! The event features local and renowned poets and musicians every 2nd Saturday of the month in a warm and welcoming reading room. On some months, the event also includes an open mic portion. Annual Friends of the Library Summer Book Sale!
It’s time once again for our annual Friends of the Library summer book sale! It will be on both Saturday (9am – 3pm) AND Sunday (9am – 2pm) this year, with Sunday being a bag sale all day (fill a bag for $5)! We have received an abundance of wonderful books, come browse through our stash! Prices range from 25 cents to $2.00. One free book for every child that comes to the sale!
