Book Groups

We offer a variety of book groups for adults, and everyone is welcome to join, even if you don’t have a Bailey Library card. Please note that book requests through our interlibrary loan lending program are available to Bailey cardholders only. If you don’t have a Bailey card, your local library will be happy to request a copy of the book.

Title Waves

Join us on the third Friday of each month for a lively discussion with the Title Waves book club. This group focuses on critically acclaimed fiction titles from recent years.

Bailey Fright Club 

Looking for a book group that shares your love of horror? Join Bailey Fright Club, designed for readers who enjoy the darker side of fiction. We meet on the first Saturday of each month to discuss a novel, ranging from timeless classics to contemporary horror.

Crooked House

Join us on the third Saturday of each month to dissect the work of Agatha Christie, the bestselling novelist of all time. Each month, a specific work by the Queen of Crime will be chosen to read and discuss. Christie devotees and readers new to her work are welcome!
