Parking Lot Project

The Bailey Library is currently working with the Winthrop Library Foundation on a major project to address access to the library. We have heard your concerns over the years and we understand the frustration. Senior citizens, handicapped and disabled patrons, as well as parents with young children deserve better access to the library. The Foundation has acquired property directly across the street from the library, and we are committed to providing a parking lot in this location.
