The Town of Winthrop is updating its 26-year-old Downtown Revitalization Plan and wants to hear from you! A short community survey is now available to gather input on what people love about downtown Winthrop, what could be improved, and what they would like to see in the next 10 to 15 years. Survey responses will help shape priorities and recommendations for the updated plan.
