DESCRIPTION:The Bailey Public Library invites the public to meet the candid
 ates for Winthrop Town Council whose names will be on the ballot in the No
 vember 5th election. The forum will give Winthrop residents an opportunity
  to learn about the five candidates who are vying for three open Town Coun
 cil seats: Bruce Burns\, Linda Caprara\, Christopher Lavigne\, Zachary Ste
 ele\, and Andy Wess. All candidates have accepted our invitation to partic
 ipate in the event.\n\nLibrary Director Richard Fortin will moderate the e
 vent\, wherein each candidate will have an opportunity to make an opening 
 statement\, followed by a discussion of Town issues\, a period for public 
 question and answer\, and closing statements. Attendees wishing to pose a 
 question to the candidates may do so by submitting their question in writi
