Bailey Genealogy Group

The library hosts a brand new Genealogy Group for folks interested in genealogical research, family histories, and other ancestral investigation. The group will meet on the first Tuesday of each month to discuss progress, findings, and new resources. Guest speakers, amateur genealogists, and information professionals will be in attendance to share new strategies and encouragement. The library offers in-house access to Ancestry.com, a projector with screen, open Wi-Fi, and a limited number of laptops. Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptop. For more information please contact group leader Robert Pelletier at: rgpell@roadrunner.com.

Next Tuesday, June 26th we host Sarah Firth for the final event in our five-part series focusing on Civil War biographies. Stop by the library today to get a copy of next week’s title “Portraits of American Women.” ... See MoreSee Less
